Cancellation Policy

 

For reservations made directly from an online booking website (Hostelworld, Zizaike, TravelMob, Agoda, Airbnb), please go to your "My Account" page on that website to cancel or modify your reservation. The process may incur the charges listed under each booking website.

For reservations made from Wow Tainan International Hostel’s “Book Now” page, please contact us directly at +886-6-222-5585 or Email: wowtainanhostel@gmail.com quoting your booking name & date, room types. 

Reservations cancelled or modified less than two days before the date of arrival will incur the following charges:

 

 

Three days in advance (before 9pm TPE time) -------------- Will refund fees received in full less non-refundable charges (courier fees or bank charges etc.)

Less then three days in advance (after 9pm TPE time) ------ Deposit non refundable
